Of the twenty analyzed towns on the Baltic Sea, Jastarnia turned out to be unrivaled. The average price per square meter of apartments and apartments from the secondary market reaches up to PLN 24,350. This is much more than the Warsaw average.
At the opposite pole, there is Darłowo, where at the mouth of the pork apartments are valued at an average of PLN 9050 per sq m. The difference between the most expensive and the cheapest location is therefore over PLN 15,000 per sq m.
Mielno surprises, ahead of great cities
Comparisons with large cities in the depths of the country are particularly interesting. In Mielno, the average price of the apartment is PLN 16,220 per sq m – this is almost twice as much as in Łódź, where a meter costs on average PLN 8502. Similarly, surprising differences can be seen in other coastal resorts.

The analysis of offers available on Morizon.pl and Gratka.pl shows that you can find real estate for every budget and needs at the Polish seaside. A total of several hundred offers are available in smaller towns, and if it is also included in Świnoujście, Kołobrzeg and the Tri -City, this number increases to several thousand.
