Ingredients
- water – 2 l;
- lemon – 1 pc.;
- cucumber – 1 pc.;
- ginger root – 10 g;
- Mint (leaves) – 10 g.
Method of preparation:
- Cut the lemon and cucumber rings.
- Grate ginger on a fine grater.
- Rinse the mint and disconnect the leaves from the stems.
- Place the rings of lemon and cucumber, mint leaves and grated ginger in a jug.
- Pour all the ingredients with water and take into the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- If desired, after insisting, strain the water through a sieve.
