Meteorologists have updated the forecast for today and announce two orange and yellow storm code alerts and vices targeting most of the country, until tonight at 9 pm.

The unstable yellow code has entered into force from OA 10.00 and is valid until tonight, at 21.00.

Visit are Transylvania, northern Oltenia, northwest of Muntenia, north Crișana, Maramureș and most of the mountain area.

Here, there will be periods with atmospheric instability, which will manifest through torrential showers, electric discharges, wind intensifications (gusts of 50 … 60 km/h) and isolated small hail.

In the northeast of Muntenia, the continental part of Dobrogea and locally in Moldova, especially in the afternoon and evening will be the vijeles (with gusts of 60 … 75 km/h), small and possibly medium sizes (1 … 3 cm) and torrential showers. In short intervals or by accumulation, the quantities of water will be 20… 30 l/sqm and on restricted areas of over 40 l/sqm.

Also, ANM issued an orange storm code, which enters into force from 12.00 and is valid until 9 pm.

Visa are the counties of Hunedoara, Alba, Sibiu, Cluj, Sălaj, Bistrița-Năsăud and the mountain area of ​​Bihor county.

The yellow storm code is valid between August 31, at 10 – 31 August, time 21. The orange code is valid between August 31, at 12 – 31 August.

Here, there will be important quantitative showers, frequent electric discharges, wind intensifications (gusts of 50 … 70 km/h) and hail. In short intervals or by accumulation, the quantities of water will be 40… 50 l/sqm and isolated over 60 l/sqm.

For the capital, ANM announces that the weather will generally become unstable on Sunday, and the thermal values ​​will decrease compared to the previous day. The sky will have clouds, more pronounced in the afternoon, when there will be periods with possible moderate quantitative and electric shocks.

The wind will blow moderately, with short -term intensifications. The maximum temperature will be around 26 degrees, and the minimum one will be 15 … 17 degrees.
