Iran is getting closer to the production of nuclear weapons. The international agency alerts

As of May 17, the total amount of uranium enriched by Iran to 60 percent. It was 408.6 kg, which means an increase of 133.8 kg over the past three months. In the previous settlement period, from December to February, there was an increase of 92 kg – says one of the reports of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
According to Maea calculations, approx. 42 kg of uranium enriched in 60 percent. Theoretically, it is enough to produce one atomic bomb if it is enriched to 90 percent.
At the same time, the organization regretted the “unsatisfactory” cooperation with the Iranian side. She emphasized that the authorities in Tehran avoided answering and did not provide MAEA reliable technical information, which hindered the agency verification of data regarding three places: the Tehran Lawisan-Szian district, the city of Dwarmin and Turkuzabad. Iran has not yet commented on these reports.
Iran accelerates the enrichment of uranium. Experts are alarming
The Iranian authorities have long argue that the national nuclear program serves only peaceful purposes. The head of Maea Rafael Grossi had already warned, however, that Tehran had accumulated quite highly enriched uranium to produce several atomic bombs.
According to American intelligence agencies, on which Reuters was established, Iran has not yet started the nuclear weapon program, but “made preparations for the production of a nuclear bomb, if such a decision of the authorities is made.”
Currently, an impasse in the Iranian-American negotiations on the Iran atomic program started on April 12. So far, five rounds of talks have been held. In recent weeks, both sides have stiffened their positions. Iran categorically does not agree to cover his nuclear program with a complete ban on enriching uranium, and at the same time ensures that his nuclear policy is only a peaceful character. The US accuses the authorities in Tehran that they are working on creating nuclear weapons.
Iran, USA, France, Great Britain, Germany, China, Russia and the European Union concluded in 2015 a nuclear agreement, which was to limit the Tehran nuclear program in exchange for the abolition of part of the sanctions. The contract provided for, among others Limiting uranium enrichment to 3.67 percent In 2018, during the first presidency of Donald Trump, the United States withdrew from the agreement. Iran also left his records, enriching uranium above the designated limit.
