In addition, investigators opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “The management of a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person subjected to administrative punishment or a criminal record”, the sanction of which provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to three years.
