The Bucharest residents received a red-time red message on Friday night, which announces torrential rains, electric shocks and wind intensifications.
The General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) said that dangerous phenomena are expected between 7:25 pm and 20:15, and water quantities can reach 25-40 liters per square meter.
“Avoid traveling and take shelter and self -protection measures,” the authorities recommended
The RO-Alert message came after the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued a noticeing code for Orange Code for the Municipality of Bucharest.
