The groans of a man coming from the collector heard a woman walking nearby with a dog and called an emergency service.
“It turned out that there was a 35-year-old man with injured legs and could not get up the stairs independently. Employees of the Krasnoyarsk search and rescue detachment arrived at the place and with the help of tripod with a winch evacuated the victim, after which they handed over to doctors, ”the department said.
