Products
- 20 g of yeast;
- 2 tbsp. l. honey or sugar;
- 500 ml of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 230 g of flour;
- a pinch of salt;
- 45 g of vegetable oil.
Cooking
- Mix yeast and sugar, mix with a whisk and leave for 10 minutes.
- Pour half the milk, add eggs and mix.
- Add sifted flour and salt, mix so that there are no lumps.
- Pour the remaining milk, add vegetable oil and mix again.
- Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes so that it rises.
- Heat the pan and grease it with vegetable oil.
- Fry pancakes on both sides over medium heat until cooked.
