In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, fines will increase for violation of silence

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a violation of silence will be more expensive. The corresponding law in the second reading was adopted in the Legislative Assembly of the region.

The initiative to tighten the punishment came from the regional police. It involves an increase in an administrative fine for repeated violations by half. Thus, people will pay 4-5 thousand rubles, officials-25-50 thousand rubles, and legal ones can be fined 35-70 thousand rubles. These changes are aimed at creating a more comfortable urban environment.

Recall that in 2024 the law on silence in the Krasnoyarsk Territory has already been cheated several times already, it is now officially forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 9:00, and on Sundays, construction and repair work are prohibited throughout the day. The police also received the right to draw up protocols and write out fines for violation of the law on silence directly at the place of call, while the administrative commission was previously engaged in this. This innovation made it possible to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of response to complaints of noise.

Exceptions have been made for round -the -clock construction work related to the construction of the metro in residential areas. For such work, special schedules and control measures are established to minimize inconvenience. The standards of the permissible noise level in residential buildings and new buildings are clarified, as well as the rules for the repair work and events, taking into account the time of day and days off.

According to the developers, the law on silence in the Krasnoyarsk Territory establishes a clear time frame when it is forbidden to make noise, and provides for strict responsibility measures for their violation, the violators are regularly brought to administrative responsibility with the imposition of fines.

“We need to bring information about the increase in fines to the population, you need to behave adequately to the norms that are adopted in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, especially in the summer. The rules exist for everyone, so we must observe them, ”said Sergey Zyablov, deputy of the Parliament of the region.

In the second reading, the deputies also adopted a bill, which gives administrative commissions the right to draw up protocols on offenses in the field of urban planning. For officials of executive bodies that control this activity, it is proposed to exclude this right in some positions.

According to statistics, for the period from 2010 to 2021, the administrative commissions drawn up and considered 737 protocols for violation of urban planning standards. At the same time, from June 2022, the justice of the peace did not receive a single protocol for such offenses.
