Krasnoyarsk students-subjects will be relieved of confirmation of performance to receive social payments

The Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory adopted in the first reading a law aimed at the formation of a proactive format for providing information for medical students who entered into a target training agreement.

Presenting the document at the session of the parliament, the Deputy Minister of Health, Julia Belousova, explained that now such students can receive social payment only after they confirm the absence of academic debt in terms of certification. To do this, they must provide a certified copy of the test book to the authorized body no later than 20 working days after the end of the session.

Such a requirement gives rise to unnecessary paperwork. The new law proposes to confirm the lack of debt automatically within the framework of interagency electronic interaction – after all, the target training agreement is four -sided and is concluded between a citizen, an educational organization, the Ministry of Health and the future employer.

“The accepted bill is an important signal that healthcare, following social policy, goes to the format of information as convenient for residents of the region,” said Ilya Zaitsev, chairman of the Committee for Health and Social Policy.
