Trump’s ring symbolizes the 250th anniversary of US independence
The exclusive jewelry piece was crafted as a symbol of the long-standing trade relations between Antwerp and the United States, which continues to be a major market for natural diamond exports, according to reports. The ring is made from 18-carat gold and features 321 natural diamonds along with 75 precious gemstones.
According to the Antwerp World Diamond Council (AWDC), the design of the ring draws inspiration from Super Bowl championship rings and includes symbolic elements dedicated to the anniversary of US independence. The ring was created by Antwerp jeweler David Gotlieb, with its authenticity confirmed by the HRD Antwerp laboratory.
The jewelry was received by US Ambassador Bill White, who expressed “deep respect” on behalf of the United States for the ring.
