“Without European money we have zero chance, to be clear,” said Victor Ponta. “Ilie Bolojan's proposal, as a prime minister, is not bad. Mr. Bolojan is a good administrator,” added the former candidate for the presidency.
- Victor Ponta said that “I will try to tell my voters on Friday night.” Until then, he said, he will be informed.
On Wednesday evening, from 8 pm, on Romania TV had confirmed their presence the two candidates, to be face to face. Nicușor Dan came, George Simion Na arrived and explained that he was in Italy.
For two hours, Dan discussed with RTV journalists, analysts and viewers, who asked questions. When it was about half an hour, Romania TV announced that Victor Ponta was coming. At first, it was clear if it will enter the debate.
At 22.00, when Nicușor Dan came out, he entered, practically in the same scenography, with the journalists in front of him. “I think we all tired, for a year we are in the election campaign. I have only one vote, I do not have 1.2 million votes in my pocket,” Ponta said.
“I think George Simion was wrong that he came. Nicușor Dan I could barely greet him, at the exit,” Ponta said. He added that “from Monday we will face the biggest crisis from 1989 until now.”
Ponta criticized “the 5 of the PSD leadership”, who always want to stay in power, “but only in power.”
