The Non Profit Recorder journalistic project published the report for the eighth year of existence. The total revenues of 2024 are 2,380,826 euros, compared to 1,325,812 euros in 2023, which means an additional 80% from year to year.

90% come from public contributions

According to the successive reports of Recorder, in the last five years the revenues, most of them from the public, have evolved as follows:

  • 2021: 850,000 euros
  • 2022: 1.105,602 euros
  • 2023: 1,325,000 euros
  • 2024: 2,380,826 euros

In the first reports, Recorder was talking about 80% of the revenues directly from the readers' contributions, now the share has reached 90%.

“Recorder is financed primarily from the direct contributions of the public. According to the report by categories, Recior Revenue came from:

  • 1.108,044 euros – Redirection 3.5% natural persons
  • 702,310 euros – donations natural persons (Braintree, PayPal, direct account, Patreon, SMS, Benevity, Pago, YouTube Membership)
  • 290,480 euros – redirecting 20% ​​legal entities
