The prosecutor’s office said that the 55-year-old entrepreneur came up with the illegal enrichment scheme back in 2014. “After that, he arbitrarily erected a building of a building with an area of ​​500 square meters on the site. meters, made a false agreement with OJSC Krasnoyarsk LDK from 1996 for the purchase of a woodworking workshop worth 15 billion rubles, design documentation for it, as well as a fictitious geodetic plan. Based on these documents, he was able to register ownership of a non -existent workshop, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

This allowed him to redeem the land on preferential conditions in 2021 – without bidding and only 15 % of the cadastral value. The man paid 2.5 million rubles for the site with its cost of 17 million rubles.

The criminal case was opened under the article “Fraud” (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). During the investigation on the land plot and property of the accused worth 17.7 million rubles, it was seized. The criminal case will be considered by the Railway District Court of Krasnoyarsk.
