Zelensky: Full implementation of solutions is necessary at all levels

He stressed that this responsibility falls on government officials and intelligence leaders.

- On September 23, the Ministry of Digital Transformation reported that a Russian assault in Kyiv and surrounding areas disrupted internet access for approximately 100,000 households. On the same day, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Russia aims to disrupt information flow in Ukraine by targeting major data centers.
- Adviser to the President on defense technology development, Serhiy Beskrestnov, noted on September 24 that while local internet outages may occur due to Russian attacks, a complete nationwide internet blackout is not anticipated.
