Three children of billionaire Zygmunt Solorz, along with several executives linked to his media empire, have joined the supervisory board of a new company. They are now part of PAK-PCE Biopaliwa and Wodór, a firm operating in the energy sector, according to reports from Wirtualne Media.
As recorded in the National Court Register, the board now includes Piotr Żak, Tobias Solorz, and Aleksandra Żak, the children of Zygmunt Solorz. PAK-PCE is part of the Digital Polsat group and ZE PAK energy group. Also joining the board are lawyer Jarosław Grzesiak, Beata Iracka, the legal head at Digital Polsat and Polkomtel since 2012, and Bartłomiej Drywa, who became a vice president of ZE PAK in March after joining the company’s management in December.
Solorz Family Disputes Resolved
The entry of Zygmunt Solorz’s children into key positions within the billionaire’s empire follows favorable court rulings last December. The Constitutional Tribunal in Liechtenstein upheld this decision in July, conclusively resolving a family-business conflict within the Solorz clan.
The authority of the Solorz heirs continues to grow. In mid-May, Piotr Żak was registered as the president of PAK-PCE, a company undertaking various projects in the field of zero-emission energy, which includes wind and solar farms and biomass energy production. This also involves the aforementioned PAK-PCE Biopaliwa and Wodór. Alongside him, Tobias Solorz and Aleksandra Żak have joined the supervisory board.
Recent weeks have seen Zygmunt Solorz, his wife Justyna Kulka, and long-time associate Mirosław Błaszczyk not receiving absolution from their roles in key companies within the billionaire’s holdings, including Digital Polsat, ZE PAK, Polkomtel, and Netia. Last year, in July 2025, Zygmunt Solorz was dismissed as chairman of the board at Netia and also lost similar roles at Digital Polsat, Telewizja Polsat, and Polkomtel. Additionally, in mid-October, Justyna Kulka and Mirosław Błaszczyk were removed from the supervisory board, with Błaszczyk also ceasing to be president of Digital Polsat and Polkomtel in July.
