❗️TCCs are proposed to be radically reformed and created instead Reserve+ offices with separate units, – sources of UP.
The system is planned to be divided into:
▪️separately – recruiting, registration and mobilization. Recruiting points want to place in public places;
▪️separately – assembly hubs for volunteers and conscripts delivered by the police for the period of the enlistment procedure. Among the tasks: document verification, VLK, assessment of mental stability and professional suitability;
▪️separately – payments to the military, assistance to families and organization of burials of fallen soldiers (these will be escort offices);
▪️but still no agreement who exactly should deliver the men to the TCC – the police or the military.
