Bastrykin asks to open a case against a judge from the Krasnoyarsk Territory who killed her own mother in an accident

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin asks the Higher Qualification Board to give consent in order to involve a judge of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court in a criminal case. She is accused of violating traffic rules resulting in the death of a person.
According to investigators, in January last year Makarova was driving a car along the Krasnoyarsk-Yeniseisk highway with her mother and other passengers. The driver did not take into account the icy conditions and the intensity of traffic, drove into the oncoming lane and collided head-on with a foreign car. Her mother died on the spot, and the driver of the second car was seriously injured.
The criminal investigation continues.
