In Krasnoyarsk, like throughout Russia, on May 9 they celebrate the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
In the morning, the city flag will be raised before the administration building. And already at 10 o’clock the Krasnoyarsk residents will gather in the square from the updated Memorial of Victory, where a rally and laying flowers will take place to the “Eternal Flame”.
The main events, as last year, will be held today at the right bank of the city. The thematic platforms will earn on Krasrabe, and the street itself will turn into Victory Avenue. At 12 o’clock the memorial “Krasnoyarsk – the city of labor valor” will begin the solemn passage of ceremonial units. It will open the legendary T-34 tank.
This year, after a long break in Krasnoyarsk, the Immortal Regiment will again take place. It will begin at 14:00.
Recall that the cultural program of Victory Day will be held on the left bank. At 14:00, the festive concert will begin on Theater Square, and at 16:00 in the city squares, ceremonial calculations will be performed, which will show combat techniques.
