Fine for mess on the plot. Penalties apply for branches, debris and tires

“Freedom, Tomek, in your house”? It turns out that this popular saying is untrue. At least when it comes to maintaining order on and around the property. All you need to do is report it to a neighbor or even a stranger, and the relevant services may become interested in the matter. By law, you can pay a fine – and even go to court – for disorderly conduct on your property.

The property owner is obliged to keep everything tidy – otherwise he may face serious consequences. To be clear: there is no obligation to clean the garden or constantly tidy up the yard. The problem is construction waste, cut branches, old furniture, used household appliances or tires that have been lying around for a long time.
