The Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the work of the national project “Family” for 2025

The Ministry of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory spoke about the results of the implementation of the national project “Family” in 2025.

According to experts, the cash execution of the regional project “Family Support” amounted to 13.3 billion rubles, or 99.78% of the plan. The project provided co-financing of monthly benefits in connection with the birth and upbringing of a child for 227.5 thousand children and 4.5 thousand pregnant women.

In addition, two kindergartens were overhauled and equipped in Krasnoyarsk – No. 110 on Kornetova Street and No. 206 on Svobodny Avenue. At the same time, the total fertility rate in the region at the end of December was 1.377 against the planned value of 1.448.

For the “Large Family” project, implementation reached 99.99% – more than 2 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes. In the region, 7,797 social contracts were concluded with low-income residents, of which 1,405 were with large families. More than 53 thousand large families received social support measures.

In 2025, a number of new demographic support measures were adopted in the region:

• a single status has been established for a large family up to 23 years of age inclusive (provided that older children study in educational institutions on a full-time basis), which is established for an indefinite period with the issuance of a certificate;
• The regional maternal (family) capital has been established in the amount of 100 thousand rubles in the case of the birth of the first child by women under the age of 23 inclusive;
• the amount of annual benefit payment for a school-age child from large families has been increased from 2 to 10 thousand rubles, paid using the regional coefficient for each child;
• a non-declaration procedure has been established for the provision of certain social support measures for large families.

In December, a rental point for essential items for newborns opened in Krasnoyarsk. Parents can borrow cribs, strollers, changing tables and other child care items for free.

Within the framework of the “Senior Generation” project, cash execution was 99.74%. 533 older and disabled residents received long-term care services each month. About 170 thousand elderly residents of the region were involved in the Siberian Active Longevity program.

During the year, large family events were also held in the region. 200 families from 51 municipalities took part in the regional stage of the “Family of the Year 2025” competition. In December, the Krasnoyarsk Territory celebrated Large Family Day for the first time.

Let us remind you that the national project “Family” started in Russia in 2025 by decision of President Vladimir Putin and became the successor to the national project “Demography”. The main goal of the initiative is to support families with children, large families, care for reproductive health and strengthening family values.
