In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the former head of the Bolsheuluisky District and the head of the Capital Construction Department of the Bolsheuluisky District were detained on suspicion of bribery. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee of the region.

According to investigators, in April 2022, between the administration of the Bolsheuluisky district and an individual entrepreneur was municipal contract concluded for the amount more than 32.7 million rubles to carry out improvementsA public area V sat downe Big Ului. “The work under the contract was not completed on time, which became known to the head of the administration. The contractor purchased construction materials, which he transferred as a bribe to the head of the district through the head of the capital construction department, and also carried out repairs to the roof of the house, at a total cost of more than 500 thousand rubles. Based on the reporting documents signed by the head, payment was made to the contractor in full,” clarified by the regional Investigative Committee.

Based on the materials collected by the police, criminal cases were initiated on clause “c” part 5 art. 290 (taking a bribe), paragraph “b”, part 4 of Art. 291 (giving a bribe), paragraph “b”, part 3 of Art. 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mediation in bribery).

“Previously, the prosecutor’s office filed a claim with the regional Arbitration Court, proving the fragmentation of the contract. The court declared the transactions invalid and collected 3.5 million rubles from the contractor. to the budget. The investigation into a criminal case of fraud (Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) against the contractor continues. The execution of the decision of the regional Arbitration Court and the investigation are under the control of the prosecutor’s office,” the prosecutor’s office noted.
