A mural dedicated to female feat in the Great Patriotic War will appear in Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, on the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a new mural will appear. It is dedicated to women of the rear.

Large -scale graffiti will decorate the building on Free Avenue, 65. The project is planned to be completed by May 9. Most of the image is already applied to the wall of the building.

In the center of the composition is a major portrait of a woman symbolizing the image of the Soviet worker of the times of the Great Patriotic War. Around you can see images and symbols that reflect the contribution of women to victory. This is work behind the radio transmitter, newsreel elements, steam locomotive, plane, radio tunnel and kerosene lamp.

Mural became part of the project “City of Labor Valor”. He united 11 Siberian cities, including Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk and others. The initiator of the project was Sberbank.

The sketch of Mural was performed by the specialists of the bureau of artists Taknado. They are known for their works both in Russia and beyond.
