Met Gala, the most watched night of fashion, whose first edition took place in 1948, was held last night at the Metropolitan Art Museum in New York, and was honored, as usual, by the most resounding film, sports, music and politics.
This year's theme, “Tailored for You”, was respected by the participating stars who displayed spectacular outfits, signed by the greatest fashion designers. On the red carpet, stars like Shakira, Jenna Ortega, Gigi Hadid, Charli XCX and Sabina Carpenter, but also top representatives of the sport, including the former tennis player Serena Williams, Gymnast Simone Biles and Atleta Sha'carri Richardson.

Lewis Hamilton, Formula 1 pilot, was one of the presenters of the event, along with actor Colman Domingo and Anna Wintour, chief editor of the Vogue publication.
He wore an ivory -colored suit, created by Grace Wales Bonner. Serena Williams wore a complicated and elegant dress, signed by Moncler, which she accessorized with some sensational diamond earrings.
Simone Biles appeared in a short-electric short dress, with silver accents, while Sha'carri Richardson wore a white-yellow outfit, in which the lace combined with the siphon, from Valentino.
The American athlete also displayed her legendary nails, and in her hair that has been broken and very long she had a lot of bows in the colors of the outfit.
