“Preparations” for the parade are in full swing. Drones attacked Moscow at night

On the night of May 4, drones attacked the capital of the aggressor country, Russia, Moscow. The mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin, announced this on Telegram.

“According to preliminary data, the drone hit a building in the area [улицы] Mosfilmovskaya,” wrote Sobyanin.

According to him, there were no casualties. Services are working at the scene.

Later, the mayor added that the Russian air defense forces allegedly repelled an attack by two drones flying towards Moscow. He described the consequences of the attack as falling debris.

The Russian publication Baza reported that on Mosfilmovskaya Street “an explosion occurred in a residential building.” The façade there was damaged, glass was broken, and debris fell onto the adjacent area.

The Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channel Exilenova+ wrote that the drones were maneuvering at low altitudes.

After the explosion, “all services” of the city arrived at the scene, the channel writes.

The consequences of the attack were published in public. Exilenova+ recalled that it happened five days before the May 9 parade.

“Wow,” an eyewitness commented on what he saw in the published video.

The UAV that crashed in Moscow turned out to be a full-fledged attack drone of the FP-1 type, Exilenova+ later reported.

As the channel noted, this is the first time the presence of Ukrainian attack drones has been recorded in the immediate vicinity of the Kremlin “in a very long time.”

“Preparations” for the parade are in full swing,” added Exilenova+.
