Recipe for a powerful scrub-wrap:

  • 200 grams of fresh coffee grounds
  • 100 ml hot water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 drops orange or lemon essential oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger

Mix everything until sour cream thickens and let cool until warm. Apply to the stomach, thighs, buttocks – wherever you need to remove volume. First, scrub the problem areas thoroughly. Then wrap with cling film and cover with a warm blanket on top. Lie with the wrap for another 30–40 minutes.
