Denis Aleksandrovich graduated from Siberian Federal University with a degree in Jurisprudence. He has been serving in the regional prosecutor's office since 2010, during which time he has risen from assistant prosecutor to prosecutor of the Sovetsky district of Krasnoyarsk.

The head of the regional prosecutor's office, Roman Tyutyunik, instructed him in his new post to control the most pressing issues for the townspeople:

• ensure that developers fulfill social obligations (construct kindergartens, schools, roads), and that KRT agreements are legal;
• control the housing and communal services sector; repair of the road network; placement of stalls and pavilions.
• protect the housing rights of orphans, control the relocation of people from emergency housing, payment of alimony, benefits and guarantees for the families of SVO participants;
• prevent a return to the practice of law enforcement agencies interfering in economic disputes, intensify efforts to identify crimes, but without undue pressure on business;
• in the field of public procurement – provide a legal assessment of unfair competition and compliance with the law during competitive procedures;
• in the field of national projects – check monthly where budget money is going, whether deadlines and quality of work are being met.
• strengthen control over the disposal and use of municipal real estate and land, actively fight corruption in the ranks of officials.

“The regional prosecutor expressed confidence that Denis Chuprikov’s experience in previous positions, including the leadership of the prosecutor’s office of the Sovetsky district, one of the largest and most difficult territories of the city, allows us to count on an effective solution to the assigned tasks,” the supervisory department said.

It should be noted that the post of prosecutor of Krasnoyarsk became vacant in February 2026; Valery Yukhnovets, who had occupied it since 2024, was promoted and was appointed deputy prosecutor of the region.
