The forum of working youth “CODE OF ACCESS” has started in Krasnoyarsk – the key event of the project “Association of Working Youth”. The platform brought together young specialists from city enterprises to discuss issues of financial literacy, health, family and career development.
The ACCESS CODE forum is a major city event for working youth aged 14 to 35 years. Here, participants receive practical knowledge and tools for solving pressing problems of adult life: from tax deductions and investments to building a career path and balancing work and family.
The program is structured around four thematic tracks: “Finance”, “Health”, “Family” and “Career”. Each includes three 25-minute modules taught by expert practitioners.
He spoke about how the forum program was formed and what problems the project solves. O. Director of the youth center “Your Business” Gleb Savin:
“We formed the forum program so that the topics would really resonate with working youth. These are practical issues that children face in everyday life: from tax deductions and mortgages to changing professions, having a child and financial protection of the family. Each thematic block – finance, career, family and health – is based on the real needs of the participants.”
Forum participant, banking employee Maria Muravskaya noted that the “Association of Working Youth” allows local organizations to build partnerships and implement joint initiatives:
“We are very interested in developing joint projects with colleagues from other organizations. For example, this is the family festival “First. Children's”, “Good Motor Rally”. “Association of Working Youth” is primarily about the exchange of experience and the implementation of joint initiatives. At the forum, our specialists talk about the digital ruble and cybersecurity,” she said.
Sergei Vereshchagin was present at the opening of the forum. He emphasized the importance of involving young professionals in the development of the city and instructed to create an initiative youth team under the head of Krasnoyarsk:
“I am convinced that you are the rhythm, energy, pulse, this is the future of the state. I ask the youth policy department to form a youth team under the head of the city of Krasnoyarsk. We will decide together how to develop our wonderful metropolis,” he said.
The forum is part of the systematic work of the Association of Working Youth project, which is implemented by the youth center “Your Business”. It unites young specialists from Krasnoyarsk enterprises and organizations into a single professional community, develops horizontal connections between youth councils, supports career growth and involves young workers in public and city life.
Thus, “ACCESS CODE” becomes not only an educational platform, but also a tool for forming an active professional community of working youth in Krasnoyarsk.
