Dinamo – Rapid 3-1. Daniel Paraschiv, the author of the only Giulești goal on the Arena, had a very harsh speech after the failure in stage #6 of the play-off.
Paraschiv, on loan from Leonessa in the winter, is of the opinion that Rapid lacks “leaders, players with the spirit of Giulești”.
Rapid's goal scorer said that Gâlcă's message is not reaching the players, and one of the causes of the collapse would be that several footballers in the club are thinking that they will leave at the end of the season.

“I don't even remember when we won. It's disastrous, it's shameful, it doesn't do anyone any honor to go through this period. The most important thing is the damage we're doing to the club.
The solution is victory, but we have no idea how to get it. We are afraid of the game, maybe we can't play with this pressure. Maybe it's also lack of value, although we have some very good players, but as a team we are down. As a group, we are the weakest team in the play-offs! There is a lack of inspiration, of taking decisions, we are afraid of the ball, let's take a step forward.
We lacked leaders with the spirit of Giulești, some players who were pushed by something inside them. We don't have that. The problems are visible on the field, if someone had a solution, I would no longer be in this position. Maybe we don't understand Mister's message very well, maybe we think there are 4 more games and we're leaving. It's a shameful lack of responsibility.
The fans were gentle, they have every reason to curse us, we have to keep our heads down and try to please them. I'm here until the summer, then I don't know, no one talked to me, it wasn't the case either. I don't think I'm such an important Rapid player“, said Paraschiv, at Prima Sport 1.
