Cristi Chivu, unchained at Inter's parade! The eye-catching accessory worn by the coach and Marcus Thuram

Interthe team led by Cristi Chivu, drew with Verona, score 1-1, in the penultimate stage of Serie A. The result was less important for the Milan team. Immediately after the final whistle, they received their trophy as champions of Italy. The Nerrazzurri, led from the bench by the Romanian technician, later walked the streets of the city to present the fans with the trophies obtained this season.
The open coach left the stadium, passed through the streets of the city, and finally, Chivu and his students arrived with the open coach in Piazza Duomo in Milan, where they were awaited by thousands of fans.
After the immense joy inside the arena at the awarding of the trophy, the Italian champions also performed on the streets.
Cristi Chivu's helmet became the main topic of the parade in Milan after Inter received the champion trophy
Cristi Chivu, a coach accustomed to sobriety during the season, unchained himself with his students and took the helmet that consecrated his image as a player that he wore after the terrible injury.
Marcus Thuram, the striker of the Italian champions, also celebrated in the same style. Marcus Thuram celebrated on the open-top bus wearing a helmet similar to the one used by coach Chivu when he returned to the pitch as an Inter player after suffering a serious head injury in January 2010, a season in which Jose Mourinho's Nerazzurri ended with a treble, winning Serie A, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League.
The helmet, also worn by hundreds of fans in the stands in recent months, has become one of the symbols of this season.
According to the Italians at TMW, Marcus Thuram put on a show all along the route: the eccentric Inter striker held up several banners from the crowd in the streets of Milan, all with offensive messages to the rivals: one with a rat in the colors of rival AC Milan and one that read “Put your derbies up your ass”, a reference to the team's negative record in matches against rivals this year.
I don't need praise, I know who I am and what I'm talking about and I have no problem. I let others talk about me. I care about the club and the group, the club that trusted me by giving me this mandate, and these wonderful people
I dedicate this success to the world of Inter and to my family. It wasn't a given after everything that happened last year. Reconnecting the environment around the team was the main focus and I would say we did a great job.
