At the competitions of operational personnel of the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station, the leaders / news of the economy of Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.ru were identified

The judicial commission, under the leadership of the First Deputy General Director – chief engineer of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station, Alexander Tynikova, summed up the results of the first stage of professional competitions of the station’s operational service.

According to the sum of the points received in four stages, the team, which included the head of the power station, Petr Ivanov, the head of the machine room, Pavel Builov, the driver of the hydro -and -unit Andrei Vasin and the substation service, Ivan Buga, was recognized as the best. The main goal of the competition is to increase the professional skill of all specialists to ensure reliable and safe operation of the hydroelectric power station equipment.

“The teams completed the tasks of the first, theoretical, half of the tournament, passed the knowledge of the knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation, conducting the energy regime of the station, fire-fighting and providing first aid to the conditional“ victim ”. Experienced specialists became the leaders, but the practical stage is ahead. Only the amount of assessments of all stages will determine the composition of our team for the next All -Russian competition of operational personnel, ”said Yevgeny Suslikov, deputy head of the operational service.

In the personal standings, Maxim Fedorov scored the best amount of points among the heads of the change in the power plant, and Pavel Builov among the shift superiors of the shift. In the largest group of competition participants, Andrei Vasin leads among the engineers of hydraulic units, among the engineers of the substation is Ivan Buga, and Roman Klyuyko came to the first place on the under -duty electricians to maintain the substation with a large margin. Estimates received by each of the participants will make it possible to adjust the individual training program and increase the professional level of specialists.

The second half of the competition has already started. The teams have to compete in the production of operational switching, the judges will conduct an anti -auditing training, organize practical tasks for conducting the operating mode and extinguishing a “training fire”. The winners in the nominations “Best Change of the Power Plant”, “The Best Head of the Machine Hall” and others will receive the title “Best in Profession”. Members of the winning team and the best in the profession will receive a personal allowance for wages.

All -Russian competitions of operational personnel of the hydroelectric power station have been held since 2005 once every two years, their goal is to improve the level of professional training of employees, the distribution of advanced work methods. The tenth all -Russian competitions were held in 2024, and became the most representative – 29 teams took part in the qualifying tests, ten reached the final. The team of the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station first took part in the regional stage of the All-Russian competitions in 2014, in 2018 and 2022, energy from Kodinsk entered the final and took 3rd place.
