At the First All-Russian Forum “State for People” in Krasnoyarsk, the results of the federal award “Client-Centricity Leader” were summed up. This was reported by the Governor's Press Service.
The regional project “Job Search: Your Employment” was highly praised and was included among the best practices in the country. This is a comprehensive employment service for SVO participants and their families. It brings together employment promotion, vocational training and social support measures into one seamless route. A person does not need to independently understand disparate offers – all services are available at one point.
At the plenary session, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Grigorenko summed up the results of the five-year work of the “State for People” project and outlined the next step – to extend the principles of client-centricity to all points of interaction between a person and the state.
“The government is consistently improving the system of providing public services. Now we are focused on ensuring that the recipients of the service do not look for it, but that it itself “goes to them.” Our goal is to provide proactive and personalized service delivery. To do this, we simplify and combine services into “Life Situations” services. The demand for such services is growing and today has reached 100 million requests,” said Dmitry Grigorenko.
Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, in turn, noted that when building a new model of public services, it is important to take into account the real needs of people.
“People don’t divide their issues into federal, regional and municipal. Therefore, solutions must be systemic, permeate the entire vertical and comprehensively cover real human needs. The MFC today is not so much a place as a working principle in which a person encounters care where he never expected it before. This principle must extend to all points of contact between the state and the individual.”
The victory in the federal award was confirmation of the systematic work of the region. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 33 services have already been transferred to a proactive format – this is the best indicator in Russia.
The flagship project “Large Family in the Krasnoyarsk Territory” alone combines 80 services in one package. Thanks to this, the number of requests to departments was reduced from 21 to 2, and the time frame for receiving support within the region was halved.
Let us remind you that the First All-Russian Forum “State for the People” is taking place in Krasnoyarsk from April 23 to 25. This is a federal platform for exchanging experience in the field of client-centric management. The forum brought together more than 1.5 thousand participants from all regions of the Russian Federation.
