In Krasnoyarsk, a driver without a license was detained who was driving a tinted car “Mercedes» without numbers, the traffic police reported.
A 20-year-old offender was detained in the Sverdlovsk district of Krasnoyarsk. The young man already came to the attention of traffic police officers last week, but did not draw the proper conclusions. As a result, new protocols were drawn up against him; the total amount of fines that the violator faces may exceed 22,000 rubles.
