In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case was opened due to the breakdown of the construction of a kindergarten in the Bugach microdistrict. This was reported in the prosecutor's office of the region.

According to the supervisory authority, in June 2023, the MKU Capital Construction Management MKU entered into a contract for the construction of a kindergarten worth 327 million rubles with Stroycrasestandart LLC. 366 children aged 1.5 to 7 years were supposed to get their places in groups. However, in August 2024, the contractor lagged behind the work schedule, which is why the customer unilaterally terminated the contract with him and announced his dishonesty to the competent authorities.

“The prosecutor’s audit showed that not everything is so unambiguous and the accusations of the contractor in the red tape are strong premature. It turned out that the customer did not fulfill a number of his obligations in time. He did not have time to provide the object under construction and energy supply, did not organize the ways for the entrance of special equipment, which led to the breakdown of the deadlines and the non-power of budget funds, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

Now the construction company disputes in court an unfavorable scenario for it. Before considering the dispute on the merits, the court imposed a ban on the conclusion of a contract with another contender for the execution of the contract. The construction stood up, its date began to be open.

After the prosecutor’s inspection, a criminal case was instituted on abuse of authority (part 1 of article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The involvement of officials is established in the tightening of the construction of a kindergarten on Bugach, which needs the inhabitants of the microdistrict.
