The ability to solve daily problems in one application will be expanded, and users will receive preferences for activity. VTB placed emphasis on a new strategy, open partnerships and changes in the model of working with clients.

Olga Skorobogatova, First Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of the Bank, spoke about this in an interview with RBC.

She emphasized that the bank's strategic approach will take into account user activity. The more transactions with the bank, the more funds are stored in accounts, the better the rates on deposits, savings accounts, loans or credit cards, and the more discounts on goods and services.

She noted that VTB is now building a new model of partnerships between the bank and the client. VTB selected a list of key partners based on what a person needs and what he uses every day.

“These are food products, goods, pharmacies, cosmetics, digital services, online cinemas, travel, cars. Having compiled such a list through the eyes of clients, we are launching several partnerships this year,” noted Olga Skorobogatova.

Changes containAt several sections. “Grow” means preferences based on the volume of financial and non-financial transactions with the bank. “Live” are opportunities from partners who provide more discounts and services. Big block “Family” – products and services around the family; this topic is becoming increasingly important and relevant.

According to her, 2026 will be a crucial year for VTB retail, taking into account the implementation of a new business model. “We will continue our sustainable development in 2027 and beyond,” she added.
