In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, three residents of Sharypov will appear in court for illegal hunting. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.
In the fall of 2025, three men, having agreed in advance, went to the hunting grounds of the Sharypovsky district. However, they did not have permission to hunt. They drove a car into the forest, used light devices to track the animals, and then chased them in a vehicle. At some point, two of them, standing on the rear bumper of a car, shot several times at the roe deer as they moved, hitting a male and a female.
“After that, they quickly cut up the carcasses, loaded the meat into the same car and tried to leave, but did not have time. Employees of the relevant ministry intercepted them. As a result, damage was caused to the animal world and the budget, which is subject to compensation in the amount of 400 thousand rubles. One of the accused partially admitted his guilt, two completely denied involvement, citing the fact that “they only helped in repairing the car” and “lit the road,” the regional supervisory agency clarified.
The prosecutor charged the men with illegal hunting (Part 2 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In order to secure a civil claim and a possible fine, the court seized the property of the accused, including a car, televisions, a laptop and a speaker system.
