Bus, 3 gazelle and 15 cars forcibly taken out from the streets of the Central District of Krasnoyarsk

Since the beginning of this year, 19 abandoned vehicles have been forcibly removed from the municipal land in the Central District of Krasnoyarsk. Among them are 15 old and well -equipped cars, 3 gazelle and a bus, which local residents complained about.

Budget funds had to be spent on moving 10 units of transport, the rest of the owners were taken on their own after notification from the administration.

Now in the work of experts 9 cars – the procedures necessary for moving are launched on them. Recall that forced removal of a car is possible no earlier than 60 days after receiving a signal about such a vehicle. At the same time, it sometimes happens that after a commission examination, the car is not recognized as abandoned – since the beginning of the year there have already been 5 such cases in the Central District.

“I emphasize that the procedure for the export of abandoned and understaffed vehicles is clearly regulated. Her task is to save the city streets from autohlam. However, some citizens are trying to use this mechanism in order, for example, to free parking spaces next to their houses. But the car without abandonment in any case will not be moved – this contradicts the requirements of the city’s decree, ”explained Maxim Oreshnikov, head of the administration of the Central District.

Recall that the export of abandoned cars became possible after adoption Decisions of the Administration of the city of Krasnoyarsk No. 354 dated 04/19/2024.According to the document, transport can be recognized as abandoned, including if it is not used for more than 30 days. To return, the owners need to present a passport, documents on the right of ownership and the car. If this is not done within 3 months, cars by court order will be transferred to the property of the city, and then disposed of.
