The grand opening of a photo exhibition took place in Krasnoyarsk on the eve of the International Patriotic Action “Victory Dictation”.
The exhibition consists of 24 stands, is located on the central embankment of the left bank of the Yenisei, and tells about the history and features of the action.
“Victory Dictation” will take place on April 24 for the eighth time. It will begin at 16:00 simultaneously in all regions of the country. Participants will receive 25 questions and 45 minutes to answer. The winners will be able to win a trip to the Victory Parade on Red Square in Moscow. There will also be an opportunity to take the dictation online on the project website. More than 700 sites will open in the Krasnoyarsk Territory – in schools, universities, museums, libraries, and enterprises.
Among the unique places are the renovated Victory Memorial, the Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park and the Shushenskoye Historical and Ethnographic Museum-Reserve, on board a KrasAvia airline on the Krasnoyarsk-Tura route, the Krasnoyarsk railway station and an electric train going to Divnogorsk. In the year of the unity of the peoples of Russia, the event site will be the House of Friendship of the Peoples of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Soldiers and veterans of the Northern Military District, as well as members of their families, will be able to write the “Victory Dictation” on the basis of the fund for supporting participants in the special military operation “Defenders of the Fatherland.”

The “Victory Dictation” campaign is one of the largest international educational events dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day as part of the party project “Historical Memory” and the people’s program. Anyone can check and refresh their knowledge about the events of the Great Patriotic War, its heroes, key battles and lessons of that terrible war for free.
