Secret base of Vladimir Putin's troops near Poland. We know what they are for


According to secret Russian documents that the Estonian information service received, the base located in pioneering is part of the Toboł strategic network intended for conducting electronic fight. It covers several supervision, defense and command systems, and its goal is on the one hand the protection of Russian satellite communication systems and navigation against potential attacks on the part of NATO, and on the other, weakening the intelligence activities of the Alliance countries.

Construction of one of the centers in the Królewiec region, focusing in satellite supervision, for which the Russian Ministry of Defense was responsible, officially began in 2009. The remaining complexes, which are part of the system – as the documents show – are also located in other parts of the Russian Federation: in Sierpuchów near Moscow, in Penza, Czeboksari, and also in Ulan-Ude in eastern Siberia behind Lake Baikal.
