Agro-industrial enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Territory that purchased machinery or equipment from March 2025 to February 2026 under sales or lease agreements can receive compensation. About 1.1 billion rubles will be allocated from the regional budget for these purposes.
Compensation will amount to up to 30% of the cost of machinery and equipment, taking into account the maximum limit.
This year the list of subsidized equipment has been expanded. In addition to the main types – combines, tractors, trailed equipment, trucks – it included unmanned aerial vehicles. Support is also provided for various types of equipment, including for the food processing industry.
“This year, on behalf of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, taking into account the priority areas of industry development, the conditions for providing state support in a number of areas have changed. If the enterprise is a participant in a project to increase labor productivity, then when calculating the subsidy for the purchase of machinery and equipment, an increasing factor is applied. Organizations that export products can also apply for this support. In addition, for such enterprises the limit per recipient has increased from 20 million to 30 million rubles,” said Dmitry Voropaev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Let us recall that since 2024, a departmental project “Development of innovative, scientific and technical activities and increasing labor productivity” has been operating in the region for small enterprises with revenue from 150 to 400 million rubles. Organizations with revenues above 400 million rubles can take part in the federal project “Labor Productivity”, which operates within the framework of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.
Documents for receiving compensation at the Ministry of Agriculture of the region are accepted until April 29. The procedure for providing state support measures for farmers has been significantly simplified. As part of the “State for People” project, the regional Ministry of Agriculture introduced the digital service “Agro-Industrial Complex Subsidy 24”. Agricultural producers now submit all applications electronically through the state information system. Here you can see the results of the selections.
