“Today already.” The Kremlin has put forward conditions for ending the “hot” phase of the war

“[Президент Украины Владимир] Zelensky must decide today that Ukrainian troops leave the territory of Donbass and go beyond the administrative borders of the “DPR,” he said.

Peskov said that such a condition was “said more than once.” By making a decision, Kyiv supposedly could save the lives of a large number of people, as well as “allow us to stop the hot phase of this war.”

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said on March 31 that the Russian Federation plans to seize Donbass within two months and demands Ukraine to withdraw troops from the east.

“New deadlines are appearing again… They are talking about two months. According to them, during this time they will allegedly capture the entire Donbass. And, they say, Ukraine has two months to withdraw, and then the war will end,” Zelensky said.
