Rospotrebnadzor is looking for victims of the closure of the Krasnoyarsk aqua aerobics studio

Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor collects complaints from those affected by the closure water aerobics studio “Aquafit24”.

In two days, the department received four official complaints. They report that after the institution closed, consumers were not refunded money for unused subscriptions.

According to preliminary data, the number of victims may number in the dozens—one of the complaints lists 72 people.

Some victims told Newslab that they purchased season tickets earlier in the year during a big sale. According to them, the studio offered to buy several months of classes at an attractive price. However, on February 11, the studio announced its closure.

Department specialists are looking into the circumstances of the incident. Victims are advised to contact the official website of Rospotrebnadzor.
