During 2025, the volunteer search and rescue team “LizaAlert” received requests to search for 580 people in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. 417 of them were found and saved – their loved ones received the “Found.Alive” notification.

People can disappear for various reasons: they become disoriented due to age or health problems, get lost in the forest, leave without warning loved ones, or experience a sharp deterioration in their health. “LizaAlert” works with such situations, where relatives turn.

Beeline has been a key partner of the rescue team for more than 13 years. To help the search, the company is developing technical solutions. For example, the operator developed a geosearch service to quickly determine the possible location of a missing person and provided equipment for communication in hard-to-reach places. In addition, there is a single hotline for calls and transfer of information and the Beeline.Search service, which help to involve people nearby in the search.

The team's work is greatly assisted by aerial search technology – drones. They quickly survey areas and transmit images for automatic analysis, which significantly speeds up search operations and reduces the burden on volunteers. In 2025 Beeline equipped “LizaAlert” with this technology for five regions.

“Beeline has been supporting us for 13 years, and this partnership helps us introduce advanced technologies to save people. Professional drones are especially important now. They survey large areas in minutes, can find people even in the dark or through trees, and transmit voice messages to coordinate searches. We have opened a fundraiser for their purchase, and everyone can make a contribution to their purchase, helping to increase the number of rescued people,” noted Evgeniy Gerasimov, head of the “Bpiloted aviation” PSO “LizaAlert”.

Beeline together with LisaAlert launched special project “Gaining altitude”where funds are being raised for professional equipment that will help expand the possibilities of searching for missing people. The purpose of the collection is to equip teams across the country with professional drones, train volunteer pilots, provide maintenance and expand coverage by speeding up the response to missing persons.

This requires 150 million rubles. Anyone can take part in the promotion, regardless of which operator’s SIM card they use; they can make a one-time transfer of any amount. Beeline subscribers can subscribe to regular donations – from 1 ruble per day. The initiative started in November 2025, and has recently passed an important milestone: the amount of funds raised has crossed the 10,000,000 ruble mark.
