Russians will be fined for storing strollers and bicycles in entrances

Residents of apartment buildings may face a fine of up to 15 thousand rubles for storing strollers and bicycles that interfere with the passage of other neighbors or create a threat. Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Russian University of Economics spoke about this. G. V. Plekhanov Andrey Moiseev.

“The cluttering of entrances depends on the objective side of the act. Thus, according to Article 20.4 of the Administrative Code, liability can range from 5 thousand to 15 thousand rubles. But this is precisely in the case of a fire hazard from the garbage or if things – strollers, bicycles – interfere with passages and create a threat,” Moiseev said in an interview with “RIA Novosti”.

The associate professor also added that prohibitions on clutter are enshrined in the acts of the State Construction Committee.
