In Krasnoyarsk, two airline employees are accused of accepting work on repairing aircraft parts at 25.7 million rubleswhich was not actually executed. This was reported by the regional Investigative Committee.
According to investigators, in August 2023, the air carrier and a foreign company entered into an agreement to repair aircraft parts.
In March 2024, the deputy head of the airworthiness maintenance center of the aviation engineering service and the deputy general director for production signed fictitious reports. The repairs were completed and the parts were returned to the owner, records show. In reality, the obligations were not fulfilled.
“Based on these acts, funds in the amount of more than 25.7 million rubles were unjustifiably transferred to the accounts of a foreign contractor,” the department said.
The airline's employees are accused of exceeding their official authority, committed by a group of people out of other personal interests.
