BoardingPass, a website specialized in aviation news, warned on Tuesday evening that the weather conditions in Bucharest and the resulting deicing may cause air traffic delays.
“Air traffic from Bucharest is operating in winter conditions, due to the snow. The planes require de-icing before take-off, which will inevitably lead to delays”, BoardingPass wrote on Monday evening.
“So don't fuss and scream too much if your flights are delayed these days… Handy service to those working outside to keep airports 'ON' during this not-so-pleasant weather,” BoardingPass wrote.
Code Orange for heavy snow and blizzard

ANM does not rule out a possible increase in the level of alert.
