To make Korean carrots tastier than in the store, add these spices to them

Ukrainian culinary blogger Alina Umami shared on Instagram with a recipe for Korean carrots and beets.

“The secret has been revealed. Once you try a loin according to this recipe, you will forget all the others, you definitely won’t be able to buy one like this,” the blogger noted. “The best recipe. It’s very tasty.”

Ingredients for 500–700 g of carrots or beets:

  • 0.5 tbsp. l. salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 0.5 tbsp. l. grated garlic;
  • 0.5 tbsp. l. coriander and cumin (optional);
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper or paprika;
  • 1 tbsp. l. strong mustard;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Preparation

Grate the vegetables using a Korean carrot grater, add all the ingredients to them, pour in hot vegetable oil and stir.
