
Ukrainian culinary blogger Alina Umami shared on Instagram with a recipe for Korean carrots and beets.

Ingredients for 500–700 g of carrots or beets:
- 0.5 tbsp. l. salt;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 0.5 tbsp. l. grated garlic;
- 0.5 tbsp. l. coriander and cumin (optional);
- 1 tsp. hot pepper or paprika;
- 1 tbsp. l. strong mustard;
- 3 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Preparation
Grate the vegetables using a Korean carrot grater, add all the ingredients to them, pour in hot vegetable oil and stir.
