Lightly salted salmon

  • 1 kg of fish;
  • 60 g salt;
  • 40 g sugar;
  • dill and black peppercorns.

Spicy salted mackerel

  • 1 kg of fish;
  • 70 g salt;
  • 30 g sugar;
  • bay leaf;
  • allspice;
  • onion.

Herring in marinade

  • 1 kg of fish;
  • 80 g salt;
  • 80 g sugar;
  • onion;
  • carrot;
  • bay leaf;
  • peppercorns.
