Radio and television receivers can be registered at post offices or via the website of Poczta Polska within 14 days of purchasing the receiver. The use of cable, satellite or digital television under a civil law contract signed with the network operator does not exempt you from the obligation to pay a license fee, which results from the provisions of the License Fees Act – informs the National Broadcasting Council on the website.
