A preliminary agenda appeared on the parliamentary pages, and nearly 20 bills. A hot, political dispute can take place around many of them. Below are the most important ones, we start from the settings ready to the third reading.
Government draft act amending the Act on the Central Communication Port (Prints No. 1637 and 1686),, Third reading. It is to accelerate the transfer of real estate for the construction of the central communication port and payment of money. At the same time, the first reading was planned the presidential bill on ensuring the implementation of the investment of the Central Communication Port (print no 1631). As many as 3946 took part in social consultations, which definitely support the initiative of Karol Nawrocki.

Government draft amendment to the Act on spatial planning and development and some other acts (prints No. 1312 and 1361),, Second reading. This project introduces an exception in the event of a lack of general plans by municipalities. Their lack will not suspend the public purpose investment.

Government draft amendment to the Act on compulsory insuranceInsurance Guarantee Fund and the Polish Motor Insurers' Office (print No. 1607). First reading on Thursday, September 11 at 10.15 at a meeting of the combined committees: for deregulation and public finance. The project concerns the abolition of penalties for each case of deepening in the liquidation of damage, Innocence of the Insurance Company to answer the submitted claim for compensation in the event of foreign damages and for each late liquidation procedure conducted to the Insurance Guarantee Fund.
Government amendment to the Act – Educational Law (prints No. 1480 and 1510), second reading. The project concerns the extension of the scope of use of a solution enabling employment in a public kindergarten of a person who is not a teacher to all classes conducted in kindergarten, and not only to classes developing child interests
A parliamentary bill on limiting bureaucracy and legal barriers (prints No. 558, 558 and 1420), second reading. This is a project by PiS deputies, heavily cut off during work in the Commission, but recommended for adopting.
Government draft amendment to postal law (print No. 1610), second reading. The project enables the payment of Poczta Polska in 2026-27 nearly PLN 2 billion to finance the obligation to provide a universal service.
MPs draft amendment to geodetic and cartographic law (print No. 1525). This is the Polish 2050 project represented by MP Kamil Wnuk. He predicts abolishing the payment obligation for sharing data from the Real Estate Price Register (RCN), Which is to facilitate access to data and facilitate the creation of commercial portals with prices.
Government draft amendment to the Act on the protection of the rights of a buyer of a dwelling or a single -family house and a developer warranty fund (print No. 1638), First reading. The project will give a basis for launching a free portal on trading in apartments (house). The project of the House portal is to cost PLN 21-26 million, and its annual maintenance of PLN 4-5.7 million. According to the government, this is to be modern tools that will enable everyone to access the current and reliable statistics regarding the transaction prices of apartments and houses in Poland. Poland 2050, but also oppositions, however, believes that the construction of the portal is too expensive, and it is better to free prices, e.g. by providing data from RCN. In practice, both projects can complement each other.
Government draft act on collective labor systems and collective agreements (print No. 1627), first reading. The sites undertaking negotiations will be able to choose whether they want to conclude a system for an indefinite or specified period, with the possibility of extending its duration.
Government amendment to the Act – Road Traffic Law (print No. 1677), First reading. The project will allow seventeen -year -olds to get a category B driving license, provides for the obligation to wear helmets by children under 16 while cycling and electric scooters, as well as restrictions on penalty points and speed for drivers.

Government draft amendment to the Code of Offenses and the Code of Conduct in offenses (print No. 1635), first reading. Provides an increase with 5,000 PLN up to 30 thousand PLN fine for creating a fire hazard and the upper amount of fines from PLN 500 to 5 thousand. zloty. This is a reaction to an increase in the number of fires.
Government bill on the cryptoactic market (print No. 1424) can be directed to the second reading. The Public Finance Committee finalizes the work on the report, its meeting in this matter took place on Tuesday. Thanks to him, the tax authorities will get the given cryptocurrency taxpayers on the tray.
